ПОЛЕЗНЫЕ СОВЕТЫ НАПИСАНИЯ ПИСЬМА
ОГЭ ПО АНГЛИЙСКОМУ ЯЗЫКУ 9 КЛАСС

Обязательно нужно уложиться в заданный объём: 100-120 слов – это золотая середина, но допускается отклонение на 10% в обе стороны, т.е. 90-132 слова. Если в письме ≤89 слов, то за задание ставится 0 баллов. Если ≥155 слов, то проверяются только первые 132 слова. Это значит, что из-за одного лишнего слова можно потерять несколько баллов! Помните, что 1 слово – это всё, что находится между двумя пробелами. Дефисы (-), апострофы (’) и слэши (/) не являются пробелами, поэтому слова из разряда that’s, twenty-two, open-minded, UK, TV и дата в формате 05/05/17 считаются за одно слово. Тренируйтесь писать письма ОГЭ в 9 классе на экзаменационных бланках – так вы научитесь на глазок определять количество слов и будете меньше тратить времени на их подсчёт.

«Оживляйте» письмо сокращениями (I’m, can’t, I’d like), неформальными словами-связками (well, also, by the way, anyway, so, actually), разговорными выражениями (Guess what? Wish me luck!) и междометиями (Hurray! Yahoo! Ha—ha!).

На выполнение этого задания выделите себе 30 минут: 15 минут на черновик, 10 минут на чистовик и 5 минут на подсчёт слов и проверку. Обязательно проверьте письмо перед сдачей!

Соединяющая фраза

Здесь можно упомянуть какой-либо факт из полученного письма (I’m glad you passed your Physics test!) или написать универсальную фразу: либо I’m glad you’re OK! (если у друга все хорошо), либо I miss you greatly!

ОТВЕТЫ НА ВОПРОСЫ В ПИСЬМЕ ОГЭ 2019

Здесь необходимо запомнить три момента:

а) сколько вопросов, столько ответов. Например, друг спросил:

«What extreme sports would you like to try, if any, and why?»

Значит, нужно не просто написать « I’d like to try rafting.» но и аргументировать: » I’d like to try rafting this spring, because I like to work in a team and learn to overcome difficulties.»

б) соблюдаем грамматическую структуру вопросов и ответов. Если друг спрашивает: « What would you do if you were me?», в ответе следует употребить конструкцию сослагательного наклонения «If I were you, I would… (do the same)»;

в) необязательно отвечать на вопросы в том порядке, в котором они задаются. Главное, чтобы они были логически связаны.

ВЕЖЛИВОЕ ЗАВЕРШЕНИЕ ПИСЬМА

Объясняем, почему мы заканчиваем письмо:

Английский язык: написание письма

Одним из заданий в ЕГЭ по английскому языку является написание личного письма в ответ на письмо «англоговорящего друга по переписке». Написание письма на иностранном языке является несложным заданием, которое необходимо выполнить максимально быстро, чтобы оставить время на выполнение других заданий. Итак, рассмотрим единые правила написания личного письма.

Данная инструкция актуальна для ЕГЭ, но ей можно пользоваться и на ОГЭ с учётом того, что:
● на ЕГЭ просят задать 3 вопроса, а на ОГЭ – нет;
● объём письма на ЕГЭ составляет 100-140 слов, а на ОГЭ 100-120.

В правом верхнем углу укажите адрес в следующем порядке:
номер дома, название улицы
город
страна
Допускается указывать адрес в кратком виде, например:
Moscow
Russia

Под адресом, пропустив строку, необходимо написать дату письма:

или менее формально:
04/06/19

Письмо начинается с неофициального обращения. Если в задании имя вашего собеседника не указано, его следует придумать:

После обращения обязательно ставится запятая!

Разделите текст письма на несколько логических абзацев, каждый из которых начните с красной строки.
1. В первом абзаце вам следует поблагодарить своего друга за его письмо:

2. Основная часть письма (2–3 абзаца). В ней вы должны раскрыть все аспекты, указанные в задании. Не забудьте задать необходимые вопросы.
Предполагается, что письмо должно быть написано в неформальном стиле, поэтому Вы можете использовать неформальные слова-связки, такие как well, by the way, anyway, so, разговорные выражения типа Guess what? Или Wish me luck! а также восклицательные знаки.

3. В последнем параграфе следует объяснить, почему вы заканчиваете письмо:
Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my homework.
Anyway, I have to go now because my Mum asked me to help her with the washing up.
I’ve got to go now! It’s time for my favourite TV show.
и упомянуть о дальнейших контактах:

Требования к написанию письма на ОГЭ

На итоговом экзамене одним из предлагаемых заданий является составление ответа на письмо. Данное упражнение стоит последним в блоке. Заданием является отрывок из личного послания вашего друга, где освещается небольшой фрагмент событий из частной жизни.
За грамотное исполнение данного задания, экзаменуемым может быть максимально набрано 10 баллов.
Главными требованиями к письму являются:

соблюдение правил по составлению структуры текста, соответствие смыслового значения части текста его структурной части. Это значит, что нельзя путать приветствие и заключение, логически переставлять местами абзацы в основной части текст и т.д.;
письмо на английском языке должно состоять из 100-120 слов. Однако допускается отклонение на 10% в обе стороны. Так, письмо может состоять от 90 до 132 слов. В случае, если письмо состоит из 89 слов, задание не засчитывается. Если из 133 — проверяются только первые 132 слова;
использование широко спектра слов без использования жаргонизмов. Так как письмо является неофициальным (в отличие от эссе), допускается публицистический неформальный стиль. Плюсом считается использование неформальных оборотов: «And so?» или «Ha-ha».
грамотность письма. Очень важно соблюдать все орфографические и грамматические правила, чтобы текст было легко читать. Помарки, исправления и ошибки в составлении отдельного слова существенно снижают итоговый балл.

План написания письма на ОГЭ

Письмо требуется не только грамотно составить, но также уместно расположить структурные части на листе бумаги. Расположение частей происходит в соответствии с частями плана. Так:

Адрес отправляющего бумагу. Прописывается в возрастающей последовательности: номер дома, улица, город, страна. Должно находиться в правом верхнем углу листа.
Дата. Прописывается под адресом, то есть в правом верхнем углу. При этом важно знать, что дата, написанная как «11 October 2017» — это три слова, а «11/10/2017» — одно.
Обращение. Прописывается слева листа. Обычно используется конструкция «Dear Friend», также можно подставить имя друга. Обратите внимание — после обращение строго требуется ставить запятую! Например: «Dear Lily, …» Отсутствие запятой означает потерянный балл!
Вступление. Условия английского этикета в отношении составления писем требуют указать в самом начале, что отправитель благодарен за ранее прочитанное письмо или чувствует себя виноватым, что долго не присылал ответ.
Главная часть. Составляет 2 или 3 абзаца. Необходимо ответить на вопросы, заданные другом в его письме. То есть, если друг спросил два вопроса, ответа также должно быть два. Все ответы должны быть связаны между собой, показывая структурированность мысли. Это подразумевает, что необязательно отвечать в той же последовательности, в которой поступали вопросы.
Заключение. Здесь необходимо указать причину, по которой письмо заканчивается. Зачастую используют конструкцию, в которой указывается, что автору срочно необходимо заняться определенным делом.
Обозначение контактов. Предполагается указание автором ожидания будущей переписки.
Пожелания. Зачастую используется стандартная конструкция, выражающая доброжелательность. Так же, как и после обращения, строго необходимо ставить запятую. Отсутствие запятой означает потерянный балл!
Подпись. Имя автора должно указываться ниже текста, в левой части листа. При этом не ставится никакого пунктуационного знака. Наличие точки или восклицательного знака означает потерянный балл!

План написания письма на ОГЭ по английскому языку

⇒ Напишите адрес в правом верхнем углу. В последнее время чаще всего адрес пишется в кратком виде, состоящем из названия города и страны:

⇒ Под адресом напишите текущую дату, в которую проводится экзамен, например:

Таким образом, у вас должна получиться следующая картина:

⇒ Напишите обращение к вашему другу, начав со слова Dear. Не забудьте после обращения поставить запятую:

⇒ После обращения начните новый абзац (несмотря на то, что после обращения была поставлена не точка, а запятая). Начав новый абзац, обязательно поблагодарите друга за полученное от него письмо:

• Thanks for your letter.

⇒ Укажите на то, что полученное письмо – это лишь одно из серии писем, которыми вы обмениваетесь:

⇒ Вежливо извинитесь за то, что не смогли ответить ранее:

⇒ Теперь снова начните новый абзац – основное тело письма, в котором вам надо будет ответить на вопросы, поставленные другом в собственном письме. Начните абзац с вводной фразы, указывающей на то, что сейчас вы будете отвечать на вопросы:

• I’ll happily answer your questions.
• I’ll gladly answer your questions.
• I’ll be happy to answer your questions.
• I’m happy to answer your questions.
• I’m always happy to answer your questions.
• I’m always ready to answer your questions.

⇒ Ясно и четко отвечайте на вопросы в том порядке, в котором они были заданы другом. Отвечайте на вопросы конкретно: допустим, если вас спросили как часто вы ходите в кино, то скажите, что делаете это один раз или два раза в неделю. Можете также расширить высказывание, добавив, что любите ходить в кино с друзьями. Внимание (!): многие учащиеся считают, что ответ на каждый вопрос – это отдельный абзац. Это не так! Ответы на все вопросы пишутся в одном абзаце.

При ответе на вопросы используйте словами-связками и вводными словами:

• As for me,
• Personally,
• Well,
• Actually,
• However,
• Moreover,
• Of course,
• Also,
• That’s why
• So,

⇒ После ответа на вопросы начните новый абзац, в котором вы изложите намерение завершить письмо и вежливо объясните, по какой именно причине. Также непременно выразите надежду а последующие контакты.

• Sorry, I have to go now. My sister is calling me. Please, write back soon!

⇒ Осталось написать завершающую фразу с подписью. Данная фраза должна начинаться с новой строки, и после нее должна стоять запятая:

⇒ После завершающей фразы на следующей строке должно стоять ваше имя без точки:

При написании своего имени сдержите инстинктивный порыв поставить точку. Точки быть не должно!

Что еще надо знать при написании письма на ОГЭ?

⇒ Рекомендуемое время написания письма – 30 минут. При подготовки к экзамену тренируйтесь писать письма с включенным таймером.

⇒ Объем письма должен быть не менее 100, но не более 120 слов. Правда, допускается 10%-ое отклонение от объема. Это значит, что если в вашем письме 90 слов, то оно еще будет проверено, но если 89 – нет. Оно сразу же целиком и полностью получит ноль баллов. Если вы перешагнете верхнюю границу, скажем, написали не 120, а 130 слов, то лишние слова проверяться не будут. Только то, что укладывается в 120 слов. Так что из проверки точно выпадет завершающая фраза и подпись, и ваше письмо получит меньше баллов за неправильную организацию.

⇒ При подсчете объема текста письма, соответствующего требованиям, считаются все слова, включая вспомогательные глаголы, предлоги, артикли, частицы, а также адрес, дата и подпись. При этом:

– стяженные (краткие) формы (например, I’m, she’s, don’t, shouldn’t) считаются как одно слово;
– числительные, выраженные цифрами (например, 7; 25; 2014; 38 907), считаются как одно слово;
– числительные, выраженные словами (например, eighty-nine), считаются как одно слово;
– сложные слова (например, dry-cleaning, open-minded, ninety-five) считаются как одно слово;
– сокращения (например, UK, e-commerce, CNN) считаются как одно слово.
